## Job description

### Job Purpose

• Responsible for Quality Management function in the IS&T Department. Responsible for the formulation, implementation and reviewing of all Policies, Procedures in the IS&T Department.
• Implement and maintain Integrated Management System based on Industry Best Practices and Standards
• Implement and ensure the effectiveness of IT Controls Framework.
• Operation of IT Project Management Office.
• Assist Head of IT Governance in strategic matters.

### Key Accountabilities

1. Implement and maintain Integrated Management System based on ISO and other relevant international standards and best practices.
 2. Ensure documentation control as per the organization policy
 3. Risk Management and Control Design Effectiveness
 4. Ensure Compliance to the Quality Management standards
 5. Compliance to Policies and Procedure
 6. Competency Management
 7. Issue Management and inter departmental liaison.
 8. Coordinate internal and external audits
 9. Facilitate Management Review
 10. Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Handling
 11. Staff Engagement
 12. Delivery & Support
 13. Project Management Office
 14. Assist Head of IT Governance in strategic and tactical matters

### Job Context

• Works under the direction of the Unit Head of IT Governance and with the various stakeholders to ensure Quality of IT Service Delivery.
• IT Risk Management
• Implementation, maintenance and integrity of IS&T Quality Management system.
• IT Control Framework design.

### Education

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications

Certification in ISO 9K Lead Auditor

### Experience and Skills

**Education level (Desired/Equivalent)**
• IT or Commercial Degree required
• Certification in ISO 9K Lead Auditor
• ITIL Foundation Level
• COBIT (Preferred)
• Project Management Certification (Preferred)
• ISO 20K Auditor/Lead Auditor/Consultant (Preferred)
• ISO 27K Auditor/Lead Auditor (Preferred)
**Work Experience**
• Minimum of 5-7 years previous IT or Business experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years as a certified Quality specialist (Preferred)
• Experience in management role (Preferred)
• Knowledge and experience in Industry best practices and standards.
**Skills**
• Excellent command of English. Arabic language is an added advantage.
