Responsibility:
- Design Creation: Develop creative visuals, layouts, and designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media, brochures, and websites.
- Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas to enhance the company’s visual presence.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise achieve the desired outcome.
- Asset Preparation: Prepare final design files for print production or digital use, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Qualification:
Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, after effects, premier and other design tools
- Familiarity with branding and marketing strategies.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency, marketing team, or similar environment
